Cholo-goth pioneers PRAYERS formed in late 2013 in San Diego with Leafar Seyer providing vocals, and Tijuana based electronic artist Dave Parley handling production. They have created a genre known as SD Kill Wave aka Cholo Goth, which fuses the sounds of new wave with southern California gang lifestyle. Prayers pulls from the darkest dance and goth elements with touches of the Pet Shop Boys and Bowie to bring their stories of pride and struggle to life
