Vietnam War Drama "Wasteland" Highlights Power of Human Connection

An American soldier who's captured in Vietnam and sent to suffer in an underground cell finds solace and perhaps salvation in an unseen voice on the other side of the prison wall. With opposing worldviews and divergent backgrounds, the prisoners in "Wasteland" couldn't be more apart, yet the men attempt to survive the dark conditions and a loss of faith by using humor, music, games and even old "Star Trek" episodes.
