Seared Scallops with Truffle Roasted Corn Puree & Crispy Prosciutto. Served with Thyme Scented Asparagus.

Half Roasted Boneless Duck in a Tuaca Demi-Sauce. Served with Braised Greens & Savory Cornbread Dressing.
