Hands-on tactile breast ultrasound imaging and Doppler course.In the classroom we begin with the 7 goals for breast imaging and analyze the relevant facts, terms, and limitations behind each one. The Protocol for the standard exam is established in a way that maximizes detection sensitivity over traditional methods. Finally we create the matrix of image and Doppler analysis and impart tools to master conspicuity, pattern recognition and tissue response.

Hands-on instruction is conducted on live subjects under careful guidance and feedback. The small interactive setting is more a consultation than a traditional group class setting.
