About LWCH invites you to its monthly Jazz Jam
Enjoy listening to Jazz in a quiet, friendly setting while your glass of wine or cold beer? Then come to the 2nd Sunday Jazz Jam on May 8 from 5 to 7 pm.
.
The jam, presented by the Labyrinth Walk Coffee House (LWCH), consistently attracts some of the finest jazz musicians in the DFW area including Dee Porres, Jean Kelly, Jon McIver, Ray Baker, Kimberly Engle, and Gerhard Kraus. Amateurs, semi-pros and professionals are all invited to sit in.
Musicians and vocalist please bring, along with your instrument(s) (piano available), your Real Books (Hal Leonard 6th edition VOL I & II). If you want to try something newly written, bring it along as well. All tips will be distributed evenly among the performers. Please be as self-contained as possible as we have no equipment for musicians.
If possible, but not required, musicians please RSVP to [email protected] so we will know how many of you to expect. If you don’t response, don’t let that stop you – come anyway!

Attendees, feel free to bring your soft drinks, wine and/or beer and food, if you wish, along with family and friends.
Drummers: A Drum Circle scheduled for 7:15 depending on participation. Stay and listen or bring you drums and join in.
A perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The LWCH is a non-profit operated entirely by volunteers. - See more at: http://www.labyrinthwalkcoffeehouse.com
