Greenville Entertainment Series Presents: Mike Farris

Farris unique sound marries old time roots gospel with his own unique arrangements that are mainly inspired by New Orleans, Sax and the blues. In 2008 he won the American Music Association's “New & Emerging Artist of the Year” award and his official live recording of “Shout! Live” won the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Award for “Best Traditional Gospel Album of the Year” in 2010.
