Dovetail

Dovetail is a rock band from Dallas, TX whose sound can best be described as American roots rock meets The British Invasion. With roots firmly planted in their southern soil, Dovetail offers something versatile and unique for a band from Texas. Never quick to rely on the heavy guitar riff driven sounds associated with their home state, writer Philip Creamer reaches beyond genre defining lines to explore timeless melodies & truly epic compositions. Tight 3 & 4 part harmonies could be the most definitive part of the Dovetail sound, seemingly most profound in live settings.

The band won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for their song Julie & charted in the top 30 of the CMJ radio charts for their album, "Mount Karma" before being signed to Ok! Good Records in 2013. Dovetail is currently touring & promoting Mount Karma.
