Dallas Observer Artopia

Artopia is a celebration of Dallas Culture & Art that incorporates food, drink, art, music and fashion into one evening. This one-night fete celebrates the exciting, vibrant Cultural scene in Dallas. It’s a sensory overload full of culture, fashion, visual arts, performing arts and so much more.

Artopia will also feature the 6th annual Dallas Observer MasterMinds Awards. During the event, The Dallas Observer will honor these MasterMinds by we presenting $6,000 to winners with awards of at least $1,000 each. These are not lifetime achievement awards, nor are they popularity contests; our goal is to honor the current, cutting-edge works of local visual artists, performing artists, artisans, filmmakers, arts advocates — anyone making a tangible impact on the arts community.
