
About Bancroft Family Concert
Fine Arts Chamber Players invites you to a FREE Bancroft Family Concert on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Dallas Museum of Art (DMA). This concert features three members of North Texas' musical Adkins family in a concert for strings and piano that will delight the whole family. Christopher Adkins, Principal Cellist of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, will be joined by his sister Elisabeth Adkins, former Associate Concertmaster of the National Symphony in Washington D. C. and Professor of Violin at Texas Christian University, and Ms. Adkins' husband, Edward Newman, a nationally recognized collaborative pianist. Horchow Auditorium doors open at 2:30pm for the 3:00pm concert. The museum is located at 1717 North Harwood, Dallas, TX 75201.
