KFM is the street defense system used by Christian Bale in the Batman films as well as influencing many of the action sequences as well in "Taken" and "Quantum of Solace" and "Mission Impossible III."

The training emphasized quick, ballistic movement designed for 360-degree attacks from multiple, simultaneous opponents.  Fees are monthly with no contracts, no bank drafts, no enrollment fees and no uniforms.

We meet T&TH evenings at Pulse Fitness in the Mosaic Apartment Building 7:30-8:30pm.  Classes are also available in Uptown on M&W evenings.
