Now this beloved comedy makes the leap to the stage in a new production starring the talented teens of Art Centre Theatre in Plano. "Mean Girls" centers on teenager Cady Heron, who returns to America after spending 12 years in Africa with her zoologist parents and learns the rules of high school aren't that different from the laws of nature. Now it's survival of the fittest as Cady navigates the cutthroat halls of her school, which are ruled over by the Plastics, the popular clique led by ruthless queen bee Regina George.
