Nonprofit Helping Restore Ability (HRA) will host HuRrAh!, an annual fashion show and food benefit on May 20 at Park Place Motorcars, located at 4201 Beltway Place in Arlington. The event will showcase five client models plus their attendants; Austin Underwood, owner of Austin’s Underdawgs Food Truck; Elizabeth Hammond, Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas, Managing Director; and two young adults from Green Oaks School, Arlington. North Texas boutiques providing fashion include Clothes Circuit, Gracie Lane and Ming Wang. Additionally, New York-based Alter Ur Ego and Runway of Dreams are providing adaptive fashion clothing. Tickets start at $100 and are available at http://hand.bid/hurrah.
Sponsorship packages also available.

Founded in Arlington in 1977, HRA is the largest nonprofit in Texas providing independent living services. It currently serves more than 1,000 clients. HRA provides care for any disabling condition through its network of more than 2,000 care attendants across the state. Funds raised at HuRrAh! support non-reimbursable client enrollment costs, which run approximately $1,000 per individual. For more info, visit www.helpingrestoreability.org.
