"Always a Bridesmaid": Comedy from "Golden Girls" Writer Follows Four Friends Down the Aisle

On the night of their senior prom, four friends promise to be in each other's weddings (no matter what) -- but they have no idea they'll still be fulfilling the promise 30 years later. The story centers around hopeful romantic Libby Ruth, who has a perfect marriage, Deedra, who's just found out her husband has a wandering eye, tree-hugging Charlie, who panics when it's time for her own marriage, and high-spirited and self-involved Monette, who's tested her friends' patience with all-too-frequent trips down the aisle.
