 I offer affordable rates (within your means); monthly payments. I do not charge absorbent accounting fees.

My services include but not limited to; Bank reconciliation, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, quarterly tax calculations, tax preparation, system clean up, budget forecast, various reports including Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss,  Balance Sheet & supporting documents for your review each month, and a yearend completion of your company activities ready for tax. You can save thousands of dollars a year in salary expense by outsourcing. I use the 2008 version of QuickBooks that offers an assortment of features to illustrate your company’s achievements, filing cabinets under lock & key for safe keeping.
I also train /refresh existing bookkeepers in QuickBooks Pro.
