My name is JoAnne Lutat and I recently moved from Florida to Texas. In Florida, I owned and operated a lovely little nail salon. The work and the clients were wonderful and I miss them very much, but new beginnings are exciting too, and I’m ready to start new with you.

Once I arrived in Texas, I had to re qualify to perform nail services. Texas didn’t just give me a license because I had experience in another state, they made me prove myself! I had to take both the Texas written and practical exams.
